Orvera in New York, NY is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A, reporting, and SaaS analytics. You will collaborate with Finance leadership, Revenue Operations, and business stakeholders to provide insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

You will work on budgeting, rolling forecast, variance analysis, and build financial models to support planning. The role offers a visible, high-impact position in a fast-growing SaaS company with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 3–6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription revenue.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyze actuals vs forecast and provide variance analysis.
• Build financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Reporting & Management Insights: Prepare recurring financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to support business reviews.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Accounting on month-end close and data alignment.
• Partner with department leaders to support spend tracking and budget management.
• Support finance inputs for board, investor, and executive materials.
• Process & Data Quality: Improve financial processes, models, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across systems.
