Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Finance Analyst in New York City to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will develop value-added analyses, build financial models, and partner with business teams on strategic initiatives, including product expansion economics.

You will contribute to monthly dashboards for senior leadership, analyze trends in revenue and expenses, and participate actively in budget and forecasting cycles, working with Finance, Risk, Corporate Strategy, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; macros and VBA is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly through written presentations and small-group discussions.
• Confidence interacting with senior management, peers, and professional staff, with the ability to communicate with impact and influence decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, ownership, and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in annual budget and forecasting processes with business leadership.

Meet the Team

The Finance Department provides best-in-class advice, support and control to Millennium’s businesses and investors through an experienced, dedicated global team. The Financial Planning and Analysis team delivers economic insights and decision support to senior leadership, helping drive the firm’s financial performance through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and planning.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Salary Range

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York City and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
