Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, budgets, business plans, and evaluations. You will provide reports, data management, and system support across the FP&A scope.

The role involves KPI reporting, month-end accruals, internal reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations, with SAP responsibilities and collaboration with FP&A teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

• Month end accrual prep and journal entries.
• Preparation of internal reports.
• Balance Sheet and Allocation reconciliation.
• SAP SME for the team: PO creation, coding, payments.
• Collaborate with FP&A counterparts and internal processes.
• Support P2P processes for commercial activities.
• Daily sales, pricing and margin analytics with remediation.
• Maintain Showroom and SG&A BU reports.

What we need:

The Finance Analyst is an established performer that will support financial analysis objectives by assisting in the administration of sound financial procedures and processes. This role will assist with the preparation of budgets, business plans, and financial evaluations by providing reports and data management and system support.

What you’ll do:

• KPI reporting maintenance and monitoring


• Month end accrual prep and supporting journal entries


• Preparation of internal reports


• Balance Sheet and Allocation reconciliation


• SAP SME for the team (understands how to create purchase orders, proper coding, invoice payments)


• Partner with FP&A counterparts and help support internal processes


• Support P2P process for commercial


• Daily sales, pricing and margin analytics and push for remediation when necessary


• Maintenance of Showroom and SG&A BU reports


• Support FP&A and Sales controller when necessary

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.


• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.


• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.


• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.


• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.


• Proficient in SAP.


• Knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and Sarbanes-Oxley.
