Job summary

Mohawk Industries in Georgia is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, business planning, and financial evaluations by providing reports and data management. You will help establish robust procedures and monitor performance against plan.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite. You’ll collaborate with FP&A, assist P2P, and deliver accurate insights for decision making.

• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• KPI reporting maintenance and monitoring.
• Month end accrual prep and supporting journal entries.
• Preparation of internal reports.
• Balance Sheet and Allocation reconciliation.
• SAP SME for the team (PO creation, proper coding, invoice payments).
• Partner with FP&A counterparts and help support internal processes.
• Support P2P process for commercial.
• Daily sales, pricing and margin analytics and remediation when necessary.
• Maintenance of Showroom and SG&A BU reports.
• Support FP&A and Sales controller when necessary.

The Finance Analyst is an established performer that will support financial analysis objectives by assisting in the administration of sound financial procedures and processes. This role will assist with the preparation of budgets, business plans, and financial evaluations by providing reports and data management and system support.

What You'll Do

• KPI reporting maintenance and monitoring
• Month end accrual prep and supporting journal entries
• Preparation of internal reports

• SAP SME for the team (understands how to create purchase orders, proper coding, invoice payments)
• Partner with FP&A counterparts and help support internal processes
• Support P2P process for commercial
• Daily sales, pricing and margin analytics and push for remediation when necessary
• Maintenance of Showroom and SG&A BU reports
• Support FP&A and Sales controller when necessary

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
