Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help clients reinvent finance through AI and data transformations. You will shape AI strategy, build credibility with executives, and structure blueprints for data platforms and operating models that deliver growth and efficiency.

Role requires 3+ years in AI/Data Strategy with strong consulting experience, plus leadership in large-scale finance transformations and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI/Data Strategy space, including data management, analytics, and responsible AI.
• Experience with finance processes, data strategy, roadmaps, and client assessments.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including platform blueprint and operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap; plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
