Job summary

Halluminate is seeking an experienced Finance expert to join our research team and lead Applied AI Research in Financial Services. You will define AI tasks, publish taxonomies, and interact with bankers and investment professionals to ground AI capabilities in real-world needs.

You will translate financial insights into RL environment roadmap, collaborate with engineers, and push the boundaries of benchmarks and new directions in AI for finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of real-world experience in banking, consulting, strategic finance, investing, etc.
• Deep mission alignment to revolutionize Finance Knowledge Work
• Ability to analyze massive amounts of information and present to researchers and finance leaders
• Product sense to interface between engineering and research teams
• Detail oriented execution across projects with technical problem solving
• Fluency in using LLMs/Agents in daily finance work

Responsibilities

• This is an IC role focused on driving and defining the frontier of AI in Finance.
• Define and publish taxonomy of AI tasks/workflows in finance, expand to other industries.
• Talk with real-world financial services leaders at banks, PE firms, hedge funds, etc.
• Translate insights into RL environment roadmap for the core team
• Drive innovation of RL environment problem building with engineering and research teams
• Define state-of-the-art benchmarks, leaderboards, and new research directions
