Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Engineer with a strong application engineering or programming background focused on BAS controls. This remote (work from home) role will support our network of system integrators and end-user customers and require company-paid travel.

You will coordinate with system integrators, end users, and regional sales managers to manage your schedule and commitments. As the product subject matter expert, you will engage in various support activities including product

Qualifications

• Experience with IoT integrations and APIs.
• Ability to write code in Python, Java, and C++.
• Advanced understanding of IP networking.
• Experience with Linux and Docker/Containers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product SME for Sales Team and assist with various support activities.
• Lead New Product Introductions and tech-focused sessions/webinars/lunch n learns.
• Support new customer onboardings and attend Industry trade shows.
• Provide supplemental product training for customers and partners.
• Support projects adopting new technology for the first time.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on product capabilities.
