Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is hiring a senior finance domain expert to work with a leading AI lab's research and program management teams in the Bay Area. This W-2 role involves reviewing finance knowledge outputs, writing instruction specs, and building finance benchmarks for frontier AI models.

Hybrid, on-site work in California with relocation if needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of specialized finance experience, advanced credentials, and hands-on AI workflow experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive, dedicated professional finance experience at a recognized institution.
• Genuine specialization in at least one core finance discipline with real ownership of analysis.
• Advanced degree or professional credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data QA and reviews: vet finance knowledge tasks and model outputs for correctness.
• Write instruction specs and golden datasets to define correct outputs.
• Design finance benchmarks and depth, and collaborate with researchers.
• Calibrate standards with client researchers to translate finance judgment into criteria.
