Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a senior finance professional to steward AI implementation and continuous improvement across Growout Accounting and FIP/Elevator teams within Shared Services. You will lead deployment of automation, build dashboards in Power BI, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting month-end close.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, training, and developing SOPs, with 1–3 direct reports and up to 5 domestic trips annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of related experience in accounting or finance.
• Progressive accounting experience with process improvement, automation or technology implementation.
• Complex AI knowledge and proven skills solving complex processes with AI workflows.
• Proficiency in SAP; working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with MTech/Blackline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and deploy AI and automation solutions with ROI targets.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Partner with IT to integrate AI-driven workflows with SAP, MTech, Blackline, Endur, and GCI.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and change management plans.
• Track, measure, and report productivity savings and ROI to F&A leadership.
