Job summary

Tyson Foods seeks a Corporate Accounting professional to support centralized accounting, close and reporting under US GAAP. You will help drive transformation initiatives and ensure accuracy of consolidated results.

You will partner with business units, corporate teams and offshore providers to deliver timely, accurate reporting and drive continuous improvement across the close cycle. Strong SAP, Excel and accounting process experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting, consolidations, or Big 4/public accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations preferred.
• Exposure to shared services or BPO environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close and reporting processes.
• Analyze variances and provide explanations to leadership.
• Support balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for transitioned processes.
• Monitor service level agreements and KPIs for BPO partners.
• Assist with automation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
