Qualifications

• Early-career candidate (1–3 years) in programming/engineering
• Proven ability to ship usable tools with minimal supervision
• Strong written English and ability to communicate tradeoffs clearly
• Experience evaluating AI tools, QC, and evaluation workflows
• Comfort with integrating systems and automating processes across platforms

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks
• Wire together systems (pipeline tracking, email, calendar, documents, data)
• Extend research and document pipelines with automated AI workflows
• Ship external-facing projects (marketing/investor materials) with quality
• Evaluate new tools and approaches, prototype quickly
• Own rough objectives and deliver finished solutions
• Learn from experience and mentor others
