Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager - AI/Automation Architect within its Finance Transformation Tech Enablement team in Los Angeles. You will own the technical vision for a unified Finance Operate Platform and guide build-versus-buy decisions across AI, automation, and integration layers.

The role leads client conversations and aligns delivery strategy with senior stakeholders. You will mentor engineers and architects, shape the platform roadmap, and partner with offshore teams to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business or related field.
10+ years of progressive technology delivery, incl. 3+ years in senior architecture.
Expertise in agentic AI, LLM-driven automation, and multi-agent systems.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development with workflow orchestration.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI workloads.
Experience with Finance/ERP contexts preferred.
Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical architecture for the Finance Operate Platform, spanning platform and accelerators.
Define and enforce build-versus-buy decisions across agentic AI, RPA, workflow automation, data/analytics, and integrations.
Lead design of multi-agent AI architectures, LLM/RAG pipelines, and agentic workflow orchestration.
Establish reusable patterns, standards, and guardrails across Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A.
