POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a well-organized, agile, and dynamic Finance Administrator. This position will be hybrid and Full time (~40 hours per week). This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of Finance to facilitate the efficient day to day operations of the company. In addition, this person will interface with our Senior Leadership Team for periodic administrative assistance as needed. This is a terrific opportunity for a skilled Finance Administrator looking to expand their experience within a growing organization.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in a variety of office administration functions. The individual must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and follow through on all assignments to ensure completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned as necessary):

  • Assist various teams across the finance department with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve billing, payment issues and account inquiries.
  • Provide General administrative support including managing correspondence and supporting finance related projects.
  • Support Senior Executives with administrative assistance as needed.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, excel, word)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail as well as strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of databases and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work without supervision – a self-starter.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years related experience
