Job summary

The Carson City District Attorney's Office is seeking a capable administrator to plan, organize and supervise a range of financial, analytical and liaison functions for the department. Under direction, you will coordinate interdepartmental activities, oversee operational functions directly or through staff, and represent the department in meetings with other agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Four years of professional level experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate preparation of department budgets (capital, operational, supplemental).
Supervise professional, technical and office staff.
Oversee procurement activities including RFPs and contracts.
Direct planning and maintenance of space and equipment for staff.
Prepare narrative and statistical reports and presentations.
