Rosebud Theatre & School of the Arts (RTSA) is seeking a highly skilled Finance & Administration Director to lead the finance office and support the organization's mission.

Working closely with the Executive Director and the Management Team, you will oversee budgeting, donor management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, ensuring sound governance and compliance in a not-for-profit rural Alberta setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in nonprofit financial management and governance.
• Experience with donor management and fundraising accounting.
