Job summary

Rosebud Theatre & School of the Arts is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager with deep experience to lead our team and broaden audiences for theatre and education programs across Alberta and beyond.

The role requires strategic planning, media buying, and expertise in digital and print campaigns, while mentoring post‑secondary students and collaborating with the Management Team to advance Rosebud’s mission.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with media buys and marketing campaigns.
• Experience with digital media strategies and maintenance.
• Ability to mentor students on independent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing & Communications Team for Rosebud Theatre & School of the Arts.
• Be an active and integral member of the Management Team.
• Create, coordinate and implement the marketing plan across all platforms and channels.
• Ensure marketing objectives are met with timely execution and measurable impact.
• Drive attendance, programming visibility and enrollment in education programs.
