• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Generate financial statements and other reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide support to the senior accounts executive and finance manager as needed.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
