Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in trading/import-export or retail.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; familiarity with multi-currency invoicing.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and month- and year-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable.
• Handle import/export transactions, customs duties, and multi-currency invoicing.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage inventory costing and valuation (FIFO/weighted average).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders on payment terms and documentation.
