Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Finance & Accounting Transformation to lead the finance modernization agenda.

You will align accounting, controls, data, and technology strategies to support growth, scalability, and financial objectives, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer and partnering with executives, auditors, and technology teams. The role requires 12+ years in accounting/finance leadership, CPA, and proven ERP and SOX experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA certification.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience including public company environments.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting transformation strategy, serving as the business lead for SAP S/4HANA and related initiatives.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs across the implementation lifecycle with cross-functional leaders.
• Oversee finance data and reporting strategy, including data governance and scalable analytics.
• Own finance governance, accounting design, and controls strategy, ensuring SOX compliance across future-state processes.
