Blue Origin offers a broad FP&A and finance rotation program designed to build foundational expertise across Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance AI & BI, Pricing & Estimating, and Accounting. You will work on financial models, dashboards, and cost analyses, collaborating with multiple business teams to drive informed decision-making and leadership reporting.

Participants gain hands-on experience across four six-month assignments, with exposure to SQL, BI tools, and ERP systems, while

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong Excel proficiency and foundational coursework in finance and/or accounting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt across different functional areas

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support planning and leadership reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data tools to surface performance insights
• Analyze cost drivers, labor rates, and inputs to support bids and proposals
• Support account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures
• Collaborate across departments to gather and validate data that informs decision-making
• Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to mentors and leadership across each assignment
