Blue Origin LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a motivated student for a hands-on FP&A internship as part of a four-rotation program across Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance AI & BI, Pricing & Estimating, and Accounting.

You will build financial models, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support planning and leadership decisions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentors. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and foundational coursework in finance and/or accounting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt across different functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support planning and leadership reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data tools to surface performance insights.
• Analyze cost drivers, labor rates, and inputs to support bids and proposals.
• Support account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to gather and validate data that informs decision-making.
• Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to mentors and leadership across each assignment.
