You will partner with Partners, Managers, Associates and clients on projects spanning FAR, CAS, Uniform Guidance, and contract management to enhance internal controls and drive reliable, scalable operations.

You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an interest in pursuing professional designations such as CPA or CIA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Interest in audit and advisory areas related to FAR, CAS, Uniform Guidance, DFARS or other applicable Federal regulations.
• Interest in Grant or Contract Management/Administration processes and the impact of accounting systems on business transactions.
• Developing a solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Willingness to pursue CPA or CIA professional designations.

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Gap Assessments (FAR, DFARS, CAS, etc.).
• Provide contract and grant management support.
• Analyze clauses and terms & conditions for solicitations and contract awards.
• Conduct subcontractor evaluations for clients.
• Assist with contract modifications and pricing/estimating.
• Conduct Cost & Price Analysis and support process improvements.
• Assist with walkthroughs and developing processes, policies and procedures.
• Support and lead consulting and audit engagements to manage risks in internal control environments.
