Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Salt are supporting a global sports technology company is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead its North America finance operations. This role balances financial control, cost efficiency, and business partnering to support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting processes (A/P, A/R, fixed assets, general ledger) and ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Manage monthly close, journal entries, tax filings, and external audits.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive cost management, oversee procurement, and support leadership with financial insights.
• Ensure strong internal controls, payroll accuracy, and insurance/risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years’ relevant experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in financial systems, cost optimization, and team leadership.
• Experience with NetSuite and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.
