Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a senior accounting/finance professional to establish and maintain accounting policies, fiscal controls, and financial reporting procedures to safeguard the organization's assets. You will coordinate the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

With 5–7 years of experience, you will advise senior management on financial strategies, oversee budgeting and reporting, supervise a finance team, and drive process

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and internal controls.
• Experience supporting external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems experience.
• Proficiency with common accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Advises senior management on financial strategies and decision-support.
• Coordinates finance team workflows, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Implements controls and standards for financial data integrity.
• Develops and monitors financial systems to support operations.
• Evaluates performance of finance processes and leads optimization initiatives.
• Maintains relationships with auditors and external regulators.
• Leads staffing and development within the finance team.
• Educates internal teams on financial processes and best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages staff performance and professional growth.
