IDR, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting within a professional services organization.

The candidate will manage quarterly and annual U.S. GAAP financial statements, strengthen controls over financial reporting, and collaborate with various finance teams and external auditors. Workiva will be used to optimize the reporting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; active CPA license required.
• Six or more years of progressive accounting experience in financial reporting or controllership.
• Experience in preparing or auditing U.S. GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting including documentation and remediation.
• Experience using Workiva for financial reporting.

• Knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting including documentation and remediation.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, consolidations, financial close processes, and account reconciliations.
