Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in accounting, finance, tax, treasury, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and other special projects.
• Support fixed asset accounting and related financial processes.
• Prepare and review financial reports, schedules, and account activity.
• Assist with sales and use tax returns, exemption certificates, and related compliance activities.
• Support federal, state, and international income tax processes and reporting.
• Conduct tax research and assist with sales and use tax audits.
• Assist with daily treasury operations and banking activities.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations and monitor treasury metrics.
