Job summary

PIMCO invites undergraduate students to join a 10-week Finance & Accounting Internship at our Newport Beach, CA headquarters. The program runs from early June to mid-August, offering exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, treasury, and client billing, with mentorship and cross-divisional events.

You will gain hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, receive training, and participate in a formal review process to guide you toward your summer goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a minimum 3.4 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Must be able to begin full-time employment from a PIMCO office between January 2028 - August 2028.
• Must be enrolled at a university during Fall 2027 (Aug 2027–Dec 2027).
• Business proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and client billing initiatives.
• Partner with the Executive Office on strategic finance projects.
• Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and analytics from day one.
• Contribute to a high-performance, fast-paced finance culture for real-world impact.
