Job summary

GOTAFE invites students to a 10-week internship in San Diego where you will own an end-to-end project tied to a real business priority, such as portfolio analysis or reporting improvements. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate research while applying your judgment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will present outcomes to senior stakeholders, gain exposure to finance, accounting, and technology, and receive mentorship and structured training.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Currently pursuing a degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Interest in commercial real estate, finance, accounting, data, or tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Data literacy and ability to analyze data for insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
• Active user of AI tools with understanding of benefits and limitations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.
• Demonstrated integrity and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Own one end-to-end project tied to a real business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs and applying your own judgment.
• Collaborate across departments and with business stakeholders to advance work.
• Develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and a digital-first mindset applied to real business challenges.
• Present your project outcomes to senior stakeholders at the end of the program.
