Job summary

Atrium, a leader in Extended Workforce Management, is seeking a Division Manager for the Direct Hire Finance & Accounting practice at its Las Olas, FL office. This hands-on leadership role combines sales, recruiting, and team development in a build-and-grow environment.

You will own performance, growth, and culture, running a full Direct Hire desk while mentoring recruiters and sales professionals. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred; hybrid schedule with onsite days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience, with emphasis on Direct Hire.
• Proven track record in sales, recruiting, and client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and execution.
• Strong leadership to motivate, influence, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and growth in Finance & Accounting.
• Lead a full Direct Hire desk and manage key client relationships.
• Coach and develop a team of recruiters and sales professionals.
• Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
