Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in accounting/finance with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, project, contract, and cost accounting.
• Experience in project-based, contract-driven, or long-term service environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting activities and oversee financial reporting processes.
• Manage project and contract accounting, monitor profitability and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, forecasts, and management reports.
• Partner with operational teams to improve cost tracking and financial accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, audits, and accounting system enhancements.
