Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting/financial management or business with accounting focus.
• Five to seven years of progressive healthcare accounting experience with hospital fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the organization's finance operations.
• Lead internal team and coordinate with external auditors for clean audits.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and budgeting processes.
• Prepare monthly/annual financial reports and grant budgets.
• Direct audits and ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness.
