Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in real estate, private equity, investment management, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel; experience with Argus or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of core real estate finance concepts such as cash flow modeling, IRR, valuation methodologies, and capital structures.
  • Experience working with financial data, reporting systems, or portfolio management platforms preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with investment and business teams.
  • Prior experience in real estate private equity, real estate banking, brokerage, or public accounting with real estate exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and oversight of fund-level financial activities, including review of quarterly reporting deliverables and coordination with third-party administrators.
  • Assist with cash flow planning and liquidity analysis, including evaluating capital needs and supporting capital call and distribution activity.
  • Maintain and enhance portfolio-level financial models used for valuation, reporting, and asset performance tracking.
  • Consolidate and analyze property-level operating data to monitor portfolio performance and inform internal decision-making.
  • Support internal reporting efforts for asset management and senior leadership, including recurring and ad hoc analysis.
  • Collaborate with investor relations to respond to data requests and assist with the preparation of marketing materials and fundraising support documentation.
  • Partner with acquisitions and asset management teams on portfolio analytics and investment-related analyses.
  • Contribute to improvements in data management, reporting processes, and financial systems, including portfolio management tools.
  • Assist with onboarding assets and partners into reporting processes and platforms.
