Job summary

Savannah Tank and Equipment Corporation seeks a seasoned Manager – Finance, Accounting & Administration to safeguard assets, manage the general ledger, payroll, payables, receivables, and job costing in a manufacturing environment.

You will develop KPIs, review monthly statements, and provide management with insights to improve controls, efficiency, and cost accounting. The role also leads HR/Administration and ensures compliance across the US and India operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting/finance; CPA not required but preferred.
• 10+ years of managerial accounting experience with job costing and WIP.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP-based accounting system experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to generate financial analyses quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting function and daily GL activities including revenue, AR, AP, payroll, and production costs.
• Develop KPIs and report performance to management when variances occur.
• Prepare journal entries for WIP, depreciation, and accruals.
• Maintain detailed records and reconcile cash and bank accounts.
• Oversee tax filings and compliance with authorities.
• Modernize finance workflows and implement internal controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; analyze variances with management.
• Oversee HR/Administration and employee benefits administration.
• Monitor India operations for financial accuracy and controls.
