Qualifications

• CPA certification required
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience
• Big Four public accounting background
• ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
• Oversee accruals, fixed asset accounting, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Manage and develop a US-based and India-based accounting team
• Serve as primary escalation point for accounting issues and process execution
• Drive accounting process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Partner with finance and leadership teams to support business growth initiatives
