Job summary

The Training Associates seek experienced Finance Training Facilitators to support a global Finance Academy starting in 2027. Instructors will deliver two established courses—Finance Fundamentals (2.5 days) and Intermediate Finance (5 days)—using client content.

Preference for those based in or near Houston. This is a proposal-stage opportunity with assignments not yet confirmed. Onsite training with approximately 20–25 participants is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive finance background with real-world experience.
• Proven ability to facilitate multi-day, instructor-led sessions for managerial audiences.
• Ability to adapt content for varied levels of financial knowledge and audience backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Finance Fundamentals (2.5 days) and Intermediate Finance (5 days) using client content.
• Lead in-person sessions for about 20–25 participants across global locations.
• Train P'L owners and mid- to senior-level managers, including those from non-finance backgrounds.
• Ensure consistent training quality while accommodating regional/cultural differences.
• Participate in train-the-trainer activities to learn client curriculum and expectations.
• Support recurring training schedules within assigned regions.
