Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an EOL Inspector to serve as the final quality gate for windows and doors. You will perform detailed inspections, document results, and ensure CTQ criteria are met, stamping products for traceability and preventing nonconforming items from leaving the line.

You will collaborate with Production, Materials, Maintenance, and Quality teams, communicate defects, and participate in rotational scheduling while upholding strict quality standards throughout the

Qualifications

• Use of inspection tools
• CTQ knowledge
• Defect identification
• Documentation accuracy
• Ability to make independent final-quality decisions

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed final inspections using standardized tools, gauges, lighting, and visual criteria (including the 14-point inspection and CTQ items)
• Conduct product reviews using approved setups (e.g., V-rack, backlighting, 160+ FtC lighting standards)
• Stamp approved products with inspector ID for traceability
• Document findings in digital or paper systems
• Identify and communicate defects (minor, major, critical) to operations for correction
• Prevent release of nonconforming products to customers
