Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual inspection and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience performing final inspections prior to shipment.
• High attention to detail with the ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct detailed dimensional and visual inspections using precision tools.
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain complete quality records.
• Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming material.
• Support containment and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain focus and consistency while performing repetitive inspection tasks.
• Follow established quality procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled inspection environment.
