Acero Precision, Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for the 2nd shift in West Chester, PA. Competitive pay of $21.00–$26.00 hourly plus a 15% shift differential and overtime availability.

Join a climate-controlled manufacturing facility delivering life-changing medical device components worldwide. You will perform final inspections, read blueprints, detect defects, verify specifications, and support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment (preferred).
• Read blueprints and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects, often under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
