Thomas Talent Network seeks a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for a 2nd shift at a precision medical device facility in West Chester, PA. You will perform final inspections on machined components, read blueprints, detect defects, and ensure adherence to customer specs.

The role emphasizes calibration support and traceability, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on schedule in an on-site climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• 1–2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface-finish defects, often under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.

Precision medical device manufacturer in West Chester, PA is seeking a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for 2nd shift. This role is the final line of defense before products reach customers, ensuring every part meets exact specifications.

What You'll Do:

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface-finish defects, often under magnification
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Experience in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Shift & Compensation:

• 2nd shift with 15% shift differential; overtime available
