Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the OBA team to ensure consistent visual inspections of finished products.
• Plan and oversee final product inspections prior to shipment per appearance standards.
• Upload inspection results and store photos for traceability.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with Process and Quality Engineers.
• Make independent appearance decisions on acceptance or rejection.
• Train OBA team on inspection procedures and documentation.
• Monitor workflow and maintain accurate inspection records.
