Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in quality or related manufacturing roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role within quality or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality and OBA teams, including inspection planning, production quality monitoring, and final product audits.
• Establish quality objectives, processes, and standards aligned with customer requirements and corporate policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supplier quality, and inspection processes.
• Ensure the effective implementation of inspection plans, defect investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Quality, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, and suppliers.
• Review and approve quality reports, metrics, and trend analyses for presentation to senior management.
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO and customer-specific quality audits.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and development, and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Manage resources, staffing, and workflow to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent quality issues from impacting production or customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience overseeing multiple technical teams.
• Experience with PCB Assembly, SMT, Electrical assemblies, or power systems.
• Direct experience in Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, and/or Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of quality principles, inspection methodologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Software testing quality issue handling and server-related experience.
• Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional teams, suppliers, and senior management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and quality management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
