Qualifications

• 2-3 years of logistics management experience.
• 2-3 years leadership experience with carriers.
• Higher education or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop delivery carriers according to company policies.
• Oversee inbound freight, including unloading, staging, and location management.
• Oversee outbound freight, including staging, product verification, and daily load outs.
• Ensure adherence to customer standards and address service issues.
• Support scheduling and coordination for 2nd shift and final mile routes.
