We are seeking talented mid-level integration technicians on back half (Wed-Sat) 2nd shift to execute development and production integration and test activities of the Leo satellite in final integration.
The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location.

The Integration Technician II will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, quality and operations teams on both first-article hardware development and production hardware integration processes. This position requires skill and experience in a variety of areas, including mechanical assembly, avionics integration, electrical checkouts and environmental testing. In short, you will be responsible for a majority of the most critical tasks to build the Leo satellite, ensuring high quality, workmanship and safety standards are adhered to on a daily basis.
The Final Integration team holds a high bar of representing our organization by producing high quality products at an expedited rate. Our aim is to achieve weekly production goals with ease, while maintaining a high bar on our department cleanliness, safety, and demeanor.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
