Amazon Leo is recruiting for a hands-on assembly and test role in Washington state. You will assemble and test LRUs and avionics with a strong emphasis on detail, follow safety procedures, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining stock and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Candidates with 3+ years in mechanical/electrical hardware in high-reliability environments are preferred. This on-site role offers competitive base pay and a range of benefits per state law.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $38.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
