Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC. seeks a Lead Final Inspector to drive quality in final product inspection. You will mentor staff, maintain efficient workflows, and uphold safety and quality standards across the Staging Department.

You will supervise inspections, coordinate with engineers, and ensure timely production while promoting continuous improvement and hands-on leadership in a high-reliability environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical or power systems manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading inspection teams and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LayerZero or similar power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final components on power cabinets using 3D models.
• Utilize standard hand tools to perform and supervise tasks.
• Train and mentor staff on tool usage and eBoss platform.
• Oversee inspection schedules to maintain on-time delivery.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for PCIs with engineers.
