Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to use micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment by following procedures.
• Inspects samples from each lot to ensure quality.
• Communicate with employees to ensure quality-focused work.
• Train and observe employees in measurement equipment usage.
• Approve incoming materials after verification.
• Approve in-process production and final products by verification.
• Document inspection results and sign off on work orders.
• Inspect assemblies for completeness and accuracy; perform final checks.
• Calibrate measuring equipment per annual plan.
• Conduct Layered Process Audits on the production floor.
