Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking a Final Inspection Assembler to mount, post and align parts, set up equipment for testing, and maintain production records to assemble comfort units to specifications. You will inspect finished products for conformance to drawings, work from supervisor instructions and blueprints, and contribute to ISO 9001 quality.

This role also involves 5S housekeeping, labeling, and communicating quality issues to the supervisor to keep the line running

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Understand decimals, fractions and scales.
• Safely operate pneumatic tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems (Key Component verification, IPCS, OMS, BOM).

Responsibilities

• Check for and obtain required tools, equipment, and parts.
• Work from blueprints and supervisor instructions.
• Perform finished product inspection and verify specifications.
• Resolve assembly issues and inspect parts within unit flow.
• Pack units/parts for shipment with proper tags and documents.
• Repair/rework parts such as wiring and sheet metal adjustments.
• Report repetitive quality issues to supervisors.
• Apply data and carton labels to finished units.
• Maintain neat, safe workspace through basic housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Achieve and maintain 5S standards.
