Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Familiarity with decimals, fractions and scales for precise measurements.
• Experience on multiple production line areas.
• Demonstrated quality-focused background.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Master Production Schedule and Kanban to determine area requirements.
• Monitor production standards and quality control.
• Collaborate with supervisor to prioritize staffing on the line.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure material supply.
• Provide daily summaries to supervision.
