Qualifications

• Effective communication and teamwork with QC, Packaging, and Production.
• Strong attention to detail; identify cosmetic and surface defects.
• Understand customer specifications, workmanship standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to shift tasks based on operational needs.
• Stand for extended periods and safely handle parts and materials.
• Safety training; Nadcap knowledge preferred.
• 20/20 vision or corrected to 20/20.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed post-plating and post-anodizing finishing to meet Job Card, print, and customer specs.
• Clean, detail, and touch-up finished parts to remove residue and minor surface imperfections.
• Prepare parts for final inspection by verifying cosmetic quality and order accuracy.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure parts are ready for final inspection.
• Package completed orders accurately per Job Card and packaging requirements.
• Verify quantities, identification, and documentation before packaging and shipment.
