The role involves stamping part numbers, labeling in accordance with customer specifications, and tagging usable centers within a contained work cell, with cross-training on other operations as needed.

The position emphasizes adherence to our quality system and safety protocols, with training across production processes to support manufacturing efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and prioritize routers of stamped product.
• Review router and customer specifications.
• Create product part number stamp and stamping product.
• Remove product from web.
• Remove cutouts from product.
• Tag and bundle usable centers for sheeting department.
• Create a Sealing Devices, Inc. Label indicating part number and number of pieces.
• Attach a bar code label.
• Report quality problems to applicable supervisor.
• Follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Perform any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the fabrication system.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.
